Staying WellOnce you have had depression or have experienced a panic attack or anxiety, it is quite common to worry about it coming back or happening again. Most people do come out of their depression and go back to leading a normal life. Many will never experience another episode again. But chances are that it won’t be a straight and trouble-free path to wellness. Like lots of things in life, our mood goes up and down in reaction to things going on around us. And not all of these life events are things we can control. It is true that if you have experienced depression once you are more likely to experience it again – this happens if you don’t look out for the signs for when you start to feel low or stressed, and you don’t do something about it. There are steps you can take to make sure that depression doesn’t come back, or that you know how to manage it if it does. We’ve included some information about recovery and some practical tips on how you can better manage your mood and stay well. Click on one of the links in the menu above to find out more.
