Research has found that computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (cCBT) - that is, therapy using your computer – can help improve symptoms of depression.
That’s why we’re really excited to be able to offer computerised CBT-based life skills course for people in Scotland. You’ll do the course online with support over the phone from our self-help coach.
It's a six session course. The self-help coach will be there to offer four to six contacts over six weeks to help you get the most out of it.
